Finding Friends in Finance/accounting fields? Am I crazy for trying?

Hey hey!😄 I'm (22 year old F)

I am new to the accounting world. I started college this past august. I am majoring in accounting for my 2-year degree and attempting to make friends, but finding it challenging. I honestly thought I might finally find like minded logical people to hang with. I live in Ohio if anyone here knows of community like groups I'm down to put myself out there. I am usually pretty independent but thats making me feel much older than I am to be honest. I love crafts like crochet and singing dancing and makeup I'm decently diverse in the things I enjoy and I have albinism so I'm sun sensitive and have pretty bad eyesight.

I enjoy poetry and I'm working up to trying to put myself around more creatives as well. I would honestly love any advice!
