My Laptop keeps Crashing

I have a Windows 10 Pro laptop that I've owned for almost a year now, but in the past couple of months, it has been crashing increasingly often. I looked at the Reliability history, and the constant "Critical Event" that kept happening was that Windows was not properly shut down, or Windows had stopped working. Just today, my Laptop crashed 4 times in a row, just from sending 1 or 2 messages on Discord or plugging in my drawing tablet.

It runs completely fine, but then the cursor will stop interacting with stuff, and the screen will go black (not off) after a few seconds. I've tried restarting my laptop each time, and it still does that after each reset, then randomly will go back to normal.

Right now, it's working just fine, but I'd like to know if there is any way to prevent or fix these crashes?
