Sony XM4, Bose, or something else?
My main wants from a pair of headphones is sound quality and comfort, with preferably not too much leaking. I don’t care about noise cancellation and I don’t usually answer calls with headphones on so that’s not a concern. I know the Sony XM4s have touch technology but I don’t mind buttons at all either.
My past history with headphones is a pair of Beats Solo 3s that lasted about a year and a half before one ear suddenly stopped working but they were comfortable, sounded nice, and didn’t leak. I was gifted a replacement pair of Beats Solo 4s last year and while they work okay, the sound isn’t as nice imo as the 3s were and most importantly they really hurt the top of my head after only an hour. I’ll still wear them but as a uni student I need something I can wear longer without pain haha
Currently in my area both the Bose quiet comforts and the XM4s are on sale around the same price of 179-199. I don’t want to go much over these prices. Thanks for any input!
