Strange pre-op lab results, and symptoms...could they be from long Covid?

Symptoms

I'm having hand surgery next Tuesday for carpel tunnel. I had pre-op blood work, X-rays and EKG. I logged into my account this morning and found the following notes:

X-ray - Lung Hyperinflation

ECG - Right axis deviation

Blood - Slightly high CO2 (30 mmol/L)

Blood - High Immature Granulocytes (.2%).

Symptoms:

Bilateral numbness, tingling, and tightness in my hands. Worse in the mornings when I'm getting up. Since February.

Internal vibrations in my core. No visible shaking.

I'm having the hand surgery because my hand doctor doesn't believe the hand problems stem from Carpel Tunnel, based on factors like they both started the same exact night and both flair up at the same time. He thinks having Carpel Tunnel is likely just adding to it, and surgery might help, even if only a little. Worth the try because it's hard to sleep.

Since August, I've been getting weird internal vibrations in my core. I notice them in the morning when I'm laying in bed. The pulse.... every few seconds. When I get up and start moving around I don't notice them. Sometimes I seem to feel them everywhere, but almost always it seems like it's in my core (abdominal and chest area).

I had Covid back in 2022, a week after my final Covid vaccine (Moderna). It was very mild. I only had a slight fever for the first day, and was really lethargic. Otherwise it was like a mild cold for me. I did have some internal vibrations later that year, but they vanished after being intermittent for a month.

I don't currently feel like I get shortness of breath or anything, and likely wouldn't have known that there is a possible issue with my lungs if it weren't for the pre-op checks.

Any info is much appreciated.
