Lunch ideas near CBD

Hey Brisbanites!

Recently moved to Brisbane for work and I'm looking to organise a team Christmas lunch near the CBD/Herston area.

I'm trying to find somewhere with reasonably priced lunch and drinks - I'm planning to shout the whole team! I'm trying to avoid those super expensive Christmas packages... so, ideally, nothing in the $75 per person kind of price range. More of a good pub lunch/bistro vibe would be perfect!

Any hidden gems or reliable spots you'd recommend for a group?
