Whats your opinion on an encounter

Hi everyone, I once met a guy who was really cool 2 years ago. We are the same nationality and he is pretty funny. He got my insta from my cousin and texted me so we talked for 3 days. I found out and saw that he followed many beautiful women which followrd him back & that he has a bad reputation. I ended it but he kept texting me and I eventually ended up blocking him. He still found ways to contact me but I really made it clear that it is a deal breaker. Last time he texted me was in May with another account. I saw him like 2 times in between (1 in another country) but we wete not able to talk. I liked how far he was going for me but I also know that this is a red flag and a toxic dynamic (please ignore this). Yesterday I hit my car and cried, so my make-up was messed up and I managed to save it but still had panda eyes and a cakey undereye. So when we encountered each other, he said wait, and came up to me laughing. I kinda appreaciate him for doing that and that he still was nice after I refused him (bare minimum i know). I asked him how he was doing and so on. But I feel like I behaved kind of off putting. I was so MAD that I looked like a BUM and didn't want him to see me like that. WHY ON THAT DAY. He asked me what we were doing after this and I was like "going home?" Iwonder if he was icked out by my appereance or if I looked the same to him and if he still thinks I am pretty. I am kind of insecure about my appereance sometimes and know what kind of women he messed with. Idk maybe someone has experiences something like this?
