Why isn’t my puppy eating?

Hey everyone! I have a 4 month old dachshund puppy that has always been a good eater (despite his long battle with Giardia that he still hasn’t overcome). We dropped him off at his grandmas yesterday while we moved into our new apartment that’s down the hallway from the old one. Since we brought him home into the new apartment he has not ate since last night at his grandmas. It’s the next day afternoon now and he won’t eat or drink. I thought maybe he’s teething so i softened his kibble with some chicken broth (which he usually devours) and he still won’t touch it!! Now I’m getting worried. Is it the new environment? Teething? Please if anyone has gone through something similar let me know!

ALSO!!! HE HAS A VET APPT FOR HIS FINAL SHOTS SOON SO THATS WHY IM DEBATING ON WAITING TO TAKE HIM IN UNLESS HE DOESNT EAT FOR THE REST OF THE DAY THEN ILL TAKE HIM I JUST AM TRYING TO SEE IF ANYONE WENT THROUGH SOMETHING SIMILAR????
