AWS sign in problem

Hello,

I am having issues signing-in my AWS root account. Here are the details:

1. AWS login portal used to be like us-east-1.console. and i used to enter my user id, password and my bitwarden passkey.
2. AWS has recently changed the login to like signin.aws.amazon.

The problem this has caused is that even if i enter my correct user id and password, i am unable to use my bitwarden passkey and i am unable to login.

I have also tried using the new URL in my bitwarden password manager under the AWS root account

I am also unable to contact AWS technical support as I am unable to login.

Is there a way to resolve this issue? or a support email address to contact them directly?
