How does a store get academy trainers?

So I'm an ATC. I cover breaks and lunches for team leads, and stand in for them if they are on vacation, but I don't get any extra pay for it. I know some stores have academy trainers which basically do what I'm doing but actually get extra pay for it. How can I get my store to get those?
