Sculptra vs microneedling [anti-aging]

Hi, I am new to this and at 35 I’m seeing my face rapidly lose elasticity.

My smiles are not just wrinkly they’re saggy.

So I initially wanted a vial of sculptra to see how that went, but now I’ve been seeing holiday specials for microneedling.

I live in a small-ish town so our prices are high compared to big cities where there is competition.

Offerings: $179 for microneedling treatment plus a tox lip flip

$550 for a vial of Sculptra

Which would you do and which would you recommend? These prices are extremely low for my town. Usually it’s $850+ for sculptra and $500+ for micro which I’ve heard you need many treatments of before seeing results.
