Would I have a better chance becoming an SF officer if I go through ROTC or ocs?

I already have my bachelor's and want to spend time training to become a SF officer. I would not be against doing a masters and going through ROTC or going straight through ocs in about 2 years. Im just curious if either would give me a better chance at accomplishing my goal. Thanks for the help.
