Losing hope with tests not showing anything.

Hi, I'm 31F if that matters. For almost 3 months now I have started having lower abdomen pain on both the right and left side. It has sent me to the ER multiple times from how much it hurt, and there they did a transvaginal ultrasound, CT scans with contrast and I think either a MRI or regular ultrasound? I've also had horrible gas and bloating and tender stomach where it physically hurts to touch my abdomen. I also experience a "tugging" feeling where it feels like my insides are being pulled occasionally. Also have pelvic pain, hip pain, back pain and bladder issues. The ER just said I was constipated the first couple times, but after the transvaginal ultrasound, the ER doctor said it's either related to my colon, or endometriosis. I just had my colonoscopy and despite blood in the stool for years, my colon literally has nothing wrong with it asides from hemorrhoids.

So now I am back to square one. Is it possible it could be endometriosis or lady related if the pain is 24/7 and never goes away? I will add eating food makes the pain hurt worse and feel like I have no room in my abdomen and stomach. I'm also experiencing pain higher up my abdomen too on top of it.. Should this be my next step is pushing for endometriosis to be looked into? I'm sorry if my post is all over the place, I'm so tired of this pain, I truly don't know which direction to go now that my colonoscopy was fine. I feel like no one believes me, because test after tests come back clear with no answers. But I know my body and something is clearly wrong!
