Moles/lumps under my hair

Hey fellas. I’m not going to post a picture because I know the answer. I do, however, have moles/lumpy things on my scalp that have caused me pause in chopping it all off. They’re not malignant etc, I’ve already had them checked.

Should I chat to the Dr about getting them removed?
