My prediction for s4

The mass popularity and financial opportunities for most of the cast members to bring in high six figures or much much more for leads have ruined the show.

Ruined how? Well in s4 we are going to see:

1. More of this fake politeness between cast members to stay in front of the cameras. More alliances to keep stuff off camera and stick to their preplanned “stories.”

2. ABC is going all in on this franchise in itself is already ruining it, see the s3 reunion as evidence. They wanted a “happy holiday” vibe, intentionally cut off the Marciano conversation because of the legal implications, and Dunkin sponsored thing.

3. Cast jealousy over money and money in general being a determining factor of how people show up on camera. Most recent and blatant example: Demi has so much hatred and anger toward Jen over DWTS. Whitney coming back for DWTS and breaking the 4th wall on this exact issue. All of Whitney’s scenes with any of the girls except Demi in s3. This is one of the key issues ruining this show, as it has ruined every other hugely popular reality show.

Whitney being so open about how she really feels and Mikayla could right the ship in terms of authentic friendships. How they ethically tackle the issues in these women’s marriages…I don’t know. I feel like ABC needs to protect these women more from the behavior of Brett, Jordan, and Jace in regards to the pressure he is putting on his wife. Then again, they didn’t get to finish the conversation they started at the reunion about this because it was being ruined by ABC. Because the show is so popular.
