Post about ChatGPT

Discussion

So the last 7 hours were very rough for me and I used ChatGPT for help. It taught me about ACT and it actually seemed to work for me (tried using it to fall assleep, accept the thoughts and don't value them etc.). Then I went to the toilet and browsed reddit just to see the post on r/OCD about how bad AI is and shouldn't be used EVER for mental health. That of course, triggered my anxiety again.

Why the fuck shouldn't I use AI if it's not for reassurance? It explained ACT so well and now I doubt everything again. I don't know what's true anymore and how to approach my compulsions. Help
