Veterinary professionals with multiple cats, how do you feed your cats?

Do you feed wet and dry? Do you have a timed schedule? Do you use microchip or rfid feeders (if so, what brand)? Do you free feed or do measured amounts? I’m just curious how the professionals keep their cats the right weight.
