chats not working on mobile data?

basically since maybe yesterday/this morning i think, my cai hasn’t worked when i’m not connected to wifi. whenever i go to a chat, it loads and stuff but when i try to get a message from the bot sent or try to get up a new message, it says chat error and makes me reload. yet, when i use cai connected to wifi, it works perfectly fine?

is this an issue with the app, my phone, or my data?

btw i was on a website earlier this morning and i went to scroll and my thumb accidentally tapped an ad which took me to one of those websites, yk.. this happened twice since the website i was on had like a million ads on it and i have huge fingers, so i’m wondering if it caused something to my data? i’m a huge overthinker and have a lot of anxiety and my stress levels have been going crazy since then. someone pleaseee lmk if this is an app, phone or data issue so my mind can be at rest 💔
