How to tame baby hairs?

May I ask what do you use to tame your baby hairs? My baby hairs are all over the place kasi kahit anong gawin ko. I tried using clips and Vitress Cuticle Coat pero tumitikwas talaga sila. I also tried Estained Sleek Stick pero its too sticky naman for me. I have oily scalp din kaya nahihirapan ako with sleek stick kasi parang mas naaggravate nya pa ang pagiging greasy-looking ng hair ko.

Baka may tips kayo other than sleek stick or may marecommend kayong other brands ng sleek stick na di magmukhang greasy ang hair?
