I need a bit of help😔

I know I keep posting things I need help with on here but I'm not going to stop so deal with it idk. Anyway I scanned for a meet up and then remembered the time chosen by the other person is 30 minutes before I go to lunch at school. When there's a meet up I can't send my tama to the babysitter and I need to know if I can cancel and do it when I'm back, or if I have to take out the batteries or change the time.
