Bipolar eyes?

people always talk about dilated pupils during manic episodes but i’ve never checked mine tbf as i’m usually too busy with all my big plans and ideas.

One thing i do get which i don’t often see people talk about is pinhole pupils when i’m severely depressed (danger territory) and i’ve done some research and apparently “miosis” occurs due to low norepinephrine.

has anyone else noticed this?
