P30i hissing and bad ANC?

I got the P30i on sale recently and have noticed a hissing noise in the left bud for low volume. I'm using the buds on normal mode with some classical music for studying, and the hiss was present for both my phone and computer.

Is this normal? I've tested the A30i before, and the hissing was not as prominent and could be ignored. In the P30i it's noticeable. Furthermore the ANC sucks, it barely exists if any.

I know there has been mixed reviews in regards to the ANC but the jump from 'non-existent' to 'it's excellent' is huge. And that other posts have noted the hissing as well, but it seems like a majority of users are completely fine?

Is the consistent hissing not an issue to other P30i users?

I'm trying to figure out if I have a quality issue or defect? Does anyone else have these issues? Or can counter that these issues aren't present in theirs?

Should I even go through the trouble of requesting a replacement? I got mine off Amazon.
