Why is sneaky link acting weird ?

Basically me 21F and 21M are seeing each other to… you know.

It started 6 months ago and we saw each other 5 times.

Basically met him at a friend’s party, we ended up going home together because he offered to drop me off with his bike and you know what happened. Then we established that we would be sneaky links and we both don’t want a relationship.

So we’ve seen each other it’s really cool, we often watch movies before anything.

The thing is, i feel like it’s only when HE wants it. He asks to see me the day he wants to see me. And I’m not complaining because it’s the kind of relationship where you only text each other to see each other. I’m not bothered by that, that’s what I wanted. BUT when I ask, even though I only ask rarely, he leaves me on delivered for a very long time and then answers me vaguely saying he doesn’t know when.

Idk why tho ? Cause even if the timing’s not right for him when I ask then why doesn’t he just tells me so directly ? Cause the first time he did it I thought we were over and he was ghosting me but no he keeps asking every month but that’s it. This is just so weird cause I’m not over asking, he’s the one who’s asking the most.

Also note : we’re exclusive. (But it wouldn’t bother me if he saw other girls)

TL;DR : why does my sneaky link never answers when I want to see him but then proceeds to ask me to hangout weeks later ?
