Is my carb too big?

Hi guys, I have a Yamaha XT125X (4t) with a 150 ccm big bore kit. Ive bought a Dellorto PHBH 28 BD carb, and i just cant tune it for my bike. If it has idle rpm, then i gas pull and the idle rpm stays high for a couple secs. If it controlls the gas pull fine, it has no idle rpm, or its just choke when i pull the gas fast. I tried re jetting it, ive bought like 20 main amd idle jets, i combinated them but there isnt a right setting. I use it with a Polini sport intake filter (it gets a lot of air)

Can that carb too big for my bike? Should i try a 24 carb?
