help meeeeee: undertakers remembrance

istg i've tried everything. i found Scholar in limveld, got the crystal from him, finished that part of the remembrance quest. then i beat a bunch of normal bosses, then the balancers again, then the dreglord, with no memory fragments found. then I fought the Night Aspect, got the nightlords finger in my inventory. i did this twice. still no memory fragment. closest i got was when I dropped it and she said "hmm... this shall do.." like a fucking point and click rpg character. help :(
