Should I show the client my full work before submitting?

I’m working on a project where I have to design several visual elements for a website. The pay is only $100, even though it’s taking me many hours, but I accepted it because it’s my first project and I want some reviews.

The client asked to see my progress, so I shared what I had. He said it looks good and that he just wanted to make sure the direction was right before I continue.

Now I’m almost done and am unsure about the next step. When I finish everything, should I just submit the final work, or should I show him again before submitting? I’m worried he might ask for a lot of revisions, and I don’t know what the usual process is.
