PvP and Ping

I know this has probably been brought up a lot of times on here, but does anyone know if this issue is ever going to be fixed? I’m legend rank currently and because every player here knows what to do it’s just become whoever has ping advantage wins the game, it’s becoming tiring. Too add to that I think we need atleast one more combo breaker in PvP because strategic sword plus infernal twin blades spam just becomes a snooze
