Renegades the long con mission

I've tried reseting my checkpoints and clearing my cache but anytime I get to the part where you hack the terminal with the renegades shank and the blue ghost calls you if I answer the call my game crashes to the xbox home. Anyone know how to fix this because I cannot progress the campaign otherwise.
