Blake Lively is trying to distract us. This is a *sexual harassment case*. The public was told that "grave sexual misconduct" took place on the set of *It Ends With Us*. Sexual predator was tossed out. Now, Blake Lively is moving the goal post, changing her story and re defining sexual harassment.

*Colleen Hoover’s sexual harassment story*: She wanted a female director and Justin didn't allow her to see the script. She also wanted to edit and have access to ALL dailies. Because she had an executive producer credit.

Reality: Colleen knows Justin Baldoni is a man and a director. She sold the rights to him knowing there was a possibility he could direct. Could she have sold the rights to a woman led production company? Yes. Did she? No. Once you sell your rights do you still have ownership? No. Also text messages going back to 2022 show her actively involved in the script and making changes to the script and giving her input.

Colleen apparently wanted to edit the film but has not shown any proof of movie editing experience or proof that she was hired to edit the film. If editing was in her contract, we would be seeing a breach of contract lawsuit from her. Instead, Wayfarer hired an experienced female editor (Hey, Oona!) who was later fired by Blake Lively and replaced with a man. Colleen does not know the "truth" anymore, according to a recent published interview.

*Isabella Ferrer's sexual harassment story*: She received a subpoena.

Reality: She apparently does not like Baldoni. Also subpoenas were sent to anyone who may have relevant information. That's her sexual harassment story so far.

*Alex Saks sexual harassment story*: Baldoni yelled at her 3 times but she doesn't remember anything he said, or what was discussed. He also interrupted her and apologized in a lengthy email.

Reality: She felt like shit when Jamey Heath was hired because she felt like she could run the set all on her own. She also thinks the first AD Julie Bloom is "weak" and inexperienced (despite having 30 plus years of experience/more than Alex Saks) and agreed that Julie Bloom should be fired and replaced with a man.

Alex also thinks the set was disorganized and chaotic but doesn't agree that it was fully Baldoni's fault. She thinks the production team was "green", overwhelmed, and under prepared.

She was also playing double agent. Telling Justin to not give Blake Lively the dailies and to not allow her to direct. This became part of Blake Lively's complaints.

*Claire Ayoub's sexual harassment story*: She said Baldoni "verbally abused her" but like Alex Saks can't remember anything he said. She also said she had him banned from the set of the film. There is no evidence (documents, emails, etc) to support that. She did not want Baldoni promoting her film on social media because of the negative publicity surrounding It Ends With Us in August 2024 and relayed that to Wayfarer executives.

*Christy Hall's sexual harassment story*: She (according to Alex Saks) wanted to direct the film after being hired as the screenwriter. She has directed one film in her entire career. According to Alex Saks, Christy wanted nothing to do with Baldoni/Wayfarer. Has Christy Hall ever spoken publicly or submitted a declaration to the court? No. Alex Saks speaks for her. That's Christy Hall's sexual harassment story.

So after a year of litigation, this is the "grave sexual misconduct" that has been revealed in discovery. This is the case that's going to federal court.
