How to deal with my first anal fissure?

I (M22 170cm 65kg) felt very constipated so I did what I thought is a harmless idea, I pushed on the toilet until poop came out, turns out the idea was insanely dumb. Now I'm laying in my bed and in a burning pain worse than after Thai food, knowing I won't be able to sleep tonight. I'm too poor for medicine so don't recommend that, what are some home-made ways of dealing with that?
