My old manager fired me, then kept looking at my LinkedIn, and just sent a new connection request after I unfriended her

I took this job, and after a few months, I was suddenly fired under the pretext of "performance issues." It was a complete surprise. I had a follow-up after one month, then another after two months, in addition to our regular chats, and my manager never mentioned any concerns about my performance. She always said everything was fine. Then, during what was supposed to be my three-month review, she fired me. When I pressed her for more details, she vaguely hinted that I lacked "critical thinking." But get this, she offered to be a good reference for me? What even is that?

It was devastating. I had never been fired from a job before, and her words hurt so much. I finished crying as I walked away. There was almost no real training for the job; she would just tell me what to do without explaining how or why, and she worked remotely almost all the time. Any time I asked her a question, she would get annoyed and her voice would become very harsh. Honestly, she was an absolute nightmare to deal with. They had hired me and another new employee around the same time, and neither of us had much to do. I often thought this might be the real reason they fired me.

A few days after she fired me, I noticed she looked at my LinkedIn. I decided to unfriend her, because her name alone stressed me out. She's the type who constantly interacts with any post, and I kept seeing her activity, which was a painful and constant reminder of my termination, an experience that was very embarrassing and upsetting for me. But then, a short while later, she looked at my profile *again* last night and sent me a new connection request. Seriously, why?! Just leave people alone, especially when you've fired them without any warning or chance to improve themselves. I don't owe her anything, and I have every right to set boundaries to protect my peace of mind!
