Did I choose the right size or should I return this? (28D/30C)

Hi, recently went down a few sizes in a bra, wanted to get a new one, but I'm not sure if the one I got was a good fit. (Not sure if this is measurement or fit check)

Bought: B'Tempted By Wacoal T-Shirt Bra 28D *I think my left breast may bigger as the cups in this fit my right side but my left side is leaking out the side a little. The band is also fairly snug on the loosest setting.

Measurements: (Inches) Snug band: 27.75 Regular band: 28.5 Loose band: 29

Standing bust: 32 Leaning bust: 33 Lying bust: 31

Tried on: Same brand/style *All on the loosest setting

30D: Too big in cups and band 30C: Closest to what I got. It was my 2nd pick. Feels a little too big in the band, gaps at the top & is annoying (it's fine 60% of the bra but if I move at all, the gaps show a good deal of my breast and they create awkward lines under my shirt, but feels comfortable otherwise if I do not move 28C: too small in cups, I'm bulging out 28D: (one I bought) band fits snuggly, a little tight, the cups I'm unsure if they are too small? My armpit/boob seems like maybe it's being pushed back/leaking on one side? When I move, nothing shows, it doesn't gap, but if I stoop and scoop my left side bulges over for a second until I start to move again. *They did not have a 28DD in store.

*This is the only store in my area that caries 30 & 28 C/D and they only had a T-Shirt bra available in these sizes.
