Places to fix my overcoat in HCMC

Hi I'm trying to look for a place that focuses on fixing my overcoat and maybe because the velvet lapel is a bit tattered, need to have it changed too. Is there any place like that in HCMC with considerable price (The best I can do is around 2.5 mil). Thanks in advance.
