Octopath traveler 2, sea of stars or other jrpg

I'm looking for a fun jrpg on switch or pc. I like games that are more on the easy side. Preferably with less grinding and with a fun interesting combat system. I'm looking for a good paced game. I like it to be diverse with reduced repetiveness. I want a game that I can completely lose myself into it and forget my stress. I don't like excessive random monster attacks.
