Getting below 6% in PA with No Points?

Hey all! My wife and I are under contract for a house (yay), and we’re hoping to figure out a mortgage lender this week. I’ve gotten a few quotes, and so far the best has been from a local credit union for 6.125%. Anybody getting below 6.00% in the Philadelphia suburbs? Home price is $375,000, 10% down, credit scores both ~800pts.
