Don’t know much about newer honda/acuras, but would getting the manual over the CVT be a better long term investment for 23-25 model years?

Been on the search for a new car for months and I can see myself liking the integras, especially the used prices in my area for low mileage. It’s a car i’d like to keep for 10 years without annoying issues!
