Is it just me, or is there a Revenant hacker epidemic as of late?

What the title says. For about a week now, and especially since the DLC released, whenever I meet a Revenant in DoN they always have perfect relics with the negligible downsides. I'm talking all normal relics +2 dmg type, DoN relics +4 dmg type, all relics up specific type of incant, dormant power for seals, more FP, fp from 3+ seals, night invaders and starting incant being either beast claws, lightning spear or what have you.

I get wanting to have the best build for your favourite character.....just please keep it to solo/friend only games? Just standing there watching one person 8 shot the nightlord and end the fight within 20 seconds isn't fun...

Is there a way to avoid such players other than quitting? Obviously I don't want to lose rating over leaving a game and be the asshole who leaves, but playing with these people around 1/3rd of my games is really killing the fun.
