I’m kind of new here & just confused as to why she doesn’t just get her body done if she’s always morphing it in photos?

Money clearly ain’t the issue either so I don’t get what’s stopping her? If not that then why hasn’t she gotten on ozempic or something (maybe she has idk lmk) but yeah for someone as rich as her she has all these different options so why isn’t she doing any of it ? A more permanent change would save her all the time on photoshop😭😭
