Civil War Quest line Bug

Hey, so I just completed the civil war quest line for the stormcloacks, I saved right afterwards and it refused to load any save I was in solitude, so I went back and reloaded one from before I finished and when I finished the quest line again, made sure to save in wind helm, but now none of my saves will load. Anyone know how I can fix this? Update: I’ve now also tried it in Ivgarstead, same issue after I complete the quest.
