Can't progress Whispering Hillock because there's no ground in cave.

I can't progress the story because the cave after the werewolf has no ground collision. Everytime i walk in there i fall through the floor. Is there a way to fix that or a mod that lets me fly around like "tcl" in bethesda games or "noclip" in garry's mod?
