Clash of Kings Used 700MB in Under an Hour, Is This Normal?

New to Clash of Kings. Installed today. Played for less than an hour and the game burned through about 700 MB of data. If this is normal, it’s unreasonable.

I’m not a pay-to-win player, but I also shouldn’t need a huge data budget just to start the game as a new player.
