Would you rather work a remote job that pays less or a hybrid job that pays significantly more?

Remote job stats:

• 55K a year fully remote (boss says I'm on track for a promotion, but I'm not sure what that would look like yet)

• really enjoy the work and my coworkers

Hybrid job stats:

• offer is looking like 90-95K if I get it
• 4 days in office
• likely 2-3 hours total commuting into NYC.
• sounds like the hours are longer tho and lots more work, but definitely a good chance to advance my career

benefits are pretty much the same for both jobs
