Rebellions seem completely broken, at least with regards to vassals. I'm not sure if it is from 1.0.10 or if this has been a thing for a while.

I am ottomans and I already had a post earlier about how Yuan and all of China joined 4 men in a rebellion against one of my vassals. The 4 men died from starvation before anything could happen. So then Yuan became the war leader vs my vassal who was the war leader and nothing happened for years and years. I was completely stuck in the war as I couldn't separately negotiate and my vassal wasn't doing anything. The defender ticker had to go all the way to 25 and then it had to wait for the 3-5 year ticker that forces people to white peace once the war goal has been taken for long enough.

This picture in the post is now the opposite direction. I assume it was again a vassal of mine who was funding a rebellion in another country which brought me into another war with 32 people as the war leader. But the defending nations aren't calling up their levies. So we are just completely rolling them over after we killed their regulars. I was hoping they would at least kill the 32 people so I might then become the war leader but they didn't do anything and just stood there.

I wonder if this might be contributing to the vast AI aggression and land grabs that has been seen in 1.0.10 as AI just arent calling their levies in these type of wars.

Rebellion wars seem incredibly broken right now
