FGX head unit and stereo issues

Has anyone else had an issue with their audio completely shutting off and am/fm radio being unavailable on their sync 2 head units? Mine completely stopped working in the heat two days ago and no auto electrician will touch it.

I’ve tried master reset and disconnecting the battery a number of times to no avail. Checked the fuses and they’re all fine so I’m worried it’s a wiring issue.
