Do you know the date that the Swatch watch was actually erected at Expo 86

I am trying to date a photograph I have a Vancouver just before Expo actually opened and the Swatch watch has not yet been installed by the Cambie Street Bridge. Does anybody happen to know the approximate date they put it up, perhaps from walking over the bridge when it was happening and tying it to an event in your life Etc?
