Sim League Managers - how do you manage your leagues?

I help out on a sim racing league for GT7 by doing the results. We have normal races, sprints, qualifiers, teams, divisions, penalties, drop rounds etc. I have a google sheet with tonnes of sheets and formula's that are all triggered when I enter certain data into certain fields (race times, fastest laps, divisions, round points), and then just tack a screen shot of the drivers tables and then post them to our discord.

How do other managers handle all this? Is there software/app/webiste thats available that makes this easier?
