DAE just want to be texted first for once?

Especially since it’s break for many of us, you start thinking they’ll think of you like you are of them and hope everyday they’ll send something. A hello, a video, a meme, etc. Something that could keep the spark alive while you’re away. But every time you check it’s just blank. Only “last online x minutes ago” from them and related status messages.

I’m definitely more of an initiator when it comes to friends/relationships to a fault, but lately I feel like I’m being too much. I already texted him a few days ago, but I feel like he just only views me as a friend. I don’t hear from most of my friends 99% of the time for no reason anyway, so why should I expect something different?
