Clarity of thought and antidepressant benefits
I've been on semaglutide since June 21st. I started at .25, then .5, and have been at 1mg for 4 months now and don't really have the need to move higher. I've lost 24 pounds (fluctuates between 24 and 26 pounds) and I don't want to lose any more weight but I do want to firm up what I am.
I've been telling people for about 3 months now how great I feel about my health, my emotional health, and my clear thinking. I've literally never felt better about myself or life. I thought perhaps this is just me, and perhaps it is just because I've finally lost the weight I've wanted to lose for 30 years.
But, I'm realizing from talking with other people that this great feeling, and clarity of thought isn't just me, many others are feeling it as well. I talked with two people tonight that mentioned that they have never felt better in their life and I thought 'Wow' that is crazy as that is just how I've been feeling for a few months.
I mention this to find out if others feel similarly. Perhaps I'm late to this clarity of thought, positive, uplifting benefit of semaglutide.
Thank you.
