Physio Australia Private to Rehab provider with an insurance company

Hi guys, I’m a private practice physio with 5 years experience and I am wanting to transition to a rehab provider. I will be handing in my resume to their HR departments come to new year, however for those in the area how do I make myself hireable and essentially try to maximise hourly rate with them. Any info and recommendations would be amazing!
