Handheld "scan-n-print" type printers?

Hey everyone, I work in a warehouse and we frequently need to write codes on various materials, but about 85% of these codes come in qr code form on our computers too. I was wondering if there is any handheld printer device out there with the ability to scan a qr code, then print the text that qr code has stored within it.

Ideally this device would be able to take generic ink cartridges to save on ink costs - but its fine otherwise too - beggars can't be choosers, and this would be quite a niche product category anyways.
