best international shipping solutions from india for small d2c startup?

running a small d2c brand in the edc space and we're seeing a weird spike in traffic from dubai and us on our website. problem is we only ship domestic right now and i think we're losing potential customers because of it. some people are literally reaching out asking if we deliver internationally

looking at shiprocket or delhivery for international shipping but honestly don't know if it's worth the hassle at our scale. costs seem high and customs is a whole different mess.

or should i just list on global amazon and redirect foreign customers there? seems easier but loses the d2c margin.
